Hi there! I'm Lois,  a registered nutritional therapist. I approach health holistically, considering all aspects - the physical and the mental - with the aim of addressing the root causes. ​I can help in many areas of health, but areas I mainly deal with are women's health, gut health, and mental health. Nutrition is a powerful tool to help with pain, reproductive and fertility issues, bloating, stomach disorders, anxiety, and depression, but I also place an importance on lifestyle interventions with my clients. This blend of diet and lifestyle helps bring positive improvements and lasting good habits. Once you feel better and more in control of your health, you will appreciate the power of good food and you won't want to go back.
