I'm Lois,  a registered nutritional therapist.

I approach health holistically, considering all aspects of health; the physical and the mental - with the aim of addressing the root causes.

​I can help in many areas of health, but a particular area I am very passionate about, and what I specialise in, is mental health.  Nutrition is a powerful tool to help with anxiety and depression, but I also place an importance on lifestyle interventions with my clients.

Nutrition is not just what we consume, but also what we do, how we move, how we approach life, and our mentality.
