About Me

Hi, I’m Lois — founder of FNX and a qualified nutritional
therapist with a passion for helping people feel well again.

Health and wellbeing have been central to my life for
over 20 years. I began as a professional dancer, training at
a top ballet school where fitness and discipline were
everything. But at just 18, my world was turned upside
down when I was hit with severe depression. I became
agoraphobic, isolated, and completely unsure of what
was happening to me.

It took three years to receive a diagnosis — major
depressive disorder — and many more years to navigate
the mental health system. I tried different approaches,
made mistakes, learned the hard way, and eventually
found the tools that truly helped.
One of the most powerful? Nutrition.

Why I Do This Work

I believe that health is complex — but also completely possible. It isn’t just about what we eat (though that’s important); it’s about how we live, how we move, how we connect with others, and whether we feel a sense of purpose.

Through my own journey and years of study in naturopathic nutrition, I’ve seen firsthand how the right support, knowledge, and small, consistent changes can transform lives.

That’s why I do what I do. I work with people who are tired of feeling unwell, stuck, or dismissed. I help them take back control and move towards better health — physically, mentally, emotionally.

What You Can Expect

I’m grounded, straight-talking, and compassionate. I listen deeply and take the time to understand your full story before suggesting any plan or protocol. Together, we look at the root causes and build a practical, personalised roadmap to better health — no overwhelm, no fads.

If you're ready to feel better — or even just curious about what's possible — I’d love to hear from you.
