As a nutritional therapist, my core values centre on supporting optimal health through effective nourishment, rooted in evidence-based practices and a deep respect for individual needs. I believe in standing by principles that prioritise my clients' well-being, even in the face of conflicting dietary trends and societal pressures.
While I acknowledge the benefits of vegan and vegetarian diets in certain contexts, they often require careful supplementation or fortification to address critical nutrient gaps. Nutrients essential for brain health, gut health, and the dynamic communication between these systems are often more bioavailable in an omnivorous diet. For this reason, my approach leans toward incorporating nutrient-dense animal-based foods, which provide unparalleled support for effective absorption and overall vitality.
A Mission for a Healthier Population
We live in a paradoxical era where food is abundant, yet malnourishment persists. Years of poor dietary habits have left many people undernourished, despite caloric sufficiency. I am passionate about reversing this trend by promoting strategies that foster better nutrient intake and absorption. My goal is to cultivate a society that is less stressed, more connected, and thriving with health.

Addressing the Noise Around the Omnivorous Diet
There is considerable pressure from media and social platforms to reduce or eliminate animal foods. Much of this messaging is politically or financially driven and often omits critical truths about human health. From my 20+ years of research, personal experimentation, and professional practice, I have seen the profound impact of an omnivorous diet on overall well-being. For instance, while I tested a vegan diet myself, the experience revealed significant shortcomings for my health—a story I will share soon.
Similarly, I have personally known athletes whose ventures into pure plant-based diets jeopardised their performance and, in one case, their life.
That said, I also recognise the value of incorporating elements of vegetarian or plant-based meals to address specific health challenges or enhance dietary diversity. These approaches can complement an omnivorous diet beautifully when strategically applied.
A Partnership Rooted in Truth and Compassion
My practice is a judgement-free zone where your unique needs are prioritised. Whether you’re already thriving or struggling with nutrient imbalances, I’m here to support you with honesty, empathy, and actionable strategies. If an omnivorous approach resonates with your goals and values, I am the practitioner for you.
Let’s work together to optimise your health, nourish your body, and help you fire on all cylinders. If any of this aligns with your vision of wellness, I encourage you to reach out. Together, we can craft a sustainable path to vitality.
